Been playing for a bit, and I have a consistent issue where large multi-person clients-- the type that need multiple hours in the transformation chamber-- consistently show up juuuuust late enough that I can't get them in a booth, but not so late that I can loop them to the next day...
Make sure the application isn't stored somewhere on your computer that is synchronized with any servers as that messes with file permissions. OneDrive does this. Beyond that I'd have to see your Player.log file.
All I do is click download, put it in a folder that (as far as I know) is not in OneDrive, and unzip the game folder. And I can’t even find Player.log.
Type "%APPDATA%" into the address bar of Explorer and it should take you to Appdata\Roaming. From there it should be easy to get to the Appdata folder itself, then to Appdata\LocalLow.
I've searched my entire computer at this point. There is no file that says AppData that your game would have modified. I don't have a Player.log file. I can't start the game. I can load a save, but when you don't have a save because you never started the game, that doesn't help.
I'm afraid I don't have any information that can even start to diagnose this issue, unfortunately. AppData is a hidden directory by default so you may need to adjust your Windows' settings to display it. Let me know what your version of Windows is as well, I haven't done any testing on Windows 11 as I don't own it.

is the game no longer being updated? and if it will be updated is there a roadmap or something similar?
Not currently, we've moved our focus onto Restoration since last year. This game had all the main features implemented already.
That's a shame. I was hoping there would be some actual sex scenes added. This is a great game, fantastic work

You'll find it easier to manage them if you upgrade those chambers to reduce the transformation time of clients inside.
Hey, I downloaded it and the start new game button wasn't working. Any idea why or how to fix it?

It will be in a location like: C:\Users\[account name]\AppData\LocalLow\Blue Fairy Media LLC\Transformation Tycoon
Once I get past Users, neither Public nor the set of numbers has anything that says AppData.

The client writer tool is included in the game. Those can be shared fairly easy by sending the xml files.
